Anchored Food Truck Takeover: A Day of Sunshine, Flavor, and Community Impact

May 10, 2025 brought together sunshine, incredible food, and hundreds of smiling faces for Anchored Ministries’ Anchored Food Truck Takeover. After several rainy days, the skies cleared and over 800 community members gathered for a fun-filled day overlooking Twin Valley.

With 37 volunteers, 11 food trucks, live music, games, a blooming bouquet stand, and 19 raffle baskets valued at over $1,500, the day was a joyful celebration of connection and compassion.
