Board Of Directors
Our board of directors are made up of community members that have a heart for Anchored Ministries. All of these individuals serve on a volunteer basis.
Ann Delmedico
Ann is a corporate leader with over 35 years of experience in technology, risk and controls, and transformational change management. She has been accountable for global teams and a P&L of ~$8M. Currently, she is a principal for the Automation Advisory practice at Cognizant Technology Solutions as professional services firm.
Outside of her corporate career, Ann is committed to philanthropy and has received certification in non-profit fundraising from Delaware County Community College. Ann is a wife and mother of three children. She and her family have a strong commitment to serving their community. Over the years Ann has supported environmental and community causes through volunteerism. Her husband and children have all either served in the military or have professional positions in EMS. As a board member for Anchored Ministries, Ann is excited to use her skills and experience to fulfill Anchored Ministries’ mission.
Donna Larson
Donna Larson is a devoted wife, nurturing mother, proud “Mimi” to five cherished grandchildren, and a compassionate school counselor impacting the lives of hundreds of students. With over 25 years of active involvement in the Twin Valley Community, Donna has deep roots and a profound understanding of its needs.
For over fifteen years, Donna has served as a School Guidance Counselor at Twin Valley High School. Through her work, she has developed meaningful relationships with students and witnessed the pressing need for comprehensive support and services for both students and their families. Motivated by this need, Donna is excited to serve on the Anchored Ministries Board, using her expertise and insights to support and uplift the community. Rooted in her unwavering faith, Donna believes in loving God by loving others, which serves as the cornerstone of her life’s work.
Donna Larson’s multifaceted experiences, unwavering dedication, and heart for service make her an invaluable asset to the Anchored Ministries Board. With her profound understanding of the community’s needs and her commitment to uplifting others, she is a driving force in ensuring the organization’s success in making a positive and lasting impact.
Blair Petersheim
Blair is Anchored Ministries Board Secretary. Blair is mother to her three children and wife of Brendon Petersheim. She is the Ecommerce Manager for Twin Valley Coffee and a resident of Elverson, Pennsylvania. Outside of work and home life Blair believes in building the Kingdom of God here and now through developing relationships and serving others in her local community. She volunteers with Anchored Ministries so she can directly impact these individuals through her God-given skills and talents.
Kerri Simerly
Kerri Simerly is an Auditor of risks and internal controls at Siemens Healthineers with around 20 years of audit and finance experience. Kerri enjoys the ability to work with numerous areas within the business (accounting, supply chain, etc.) and assist these departments in assuring their control structure is well defined and implemented. Kerri has always enjoyed volunteering her time whether it be with her children’s school, the Girl Scouts organization, community events or her kids’ sports clubs. Kerri is a mother of 2, a 17-year-old daughter and 13-year-old son. Both are very active so when she is not running the mom taxi to practices, games or school events she likes to give back to her community in any way she can. She has been involved with Anchored Ministries for 2 years volunteering with their events and is very excited to help on many more levels with this amazing organization.
Tamara Berg
Tamara Berg is a local business owner who grew up in this community. She is honored to be part of an organization that puts the needs of this community first. Living in a small, tight knit community, Tamara wanted to be involved in something that reached the most people and had the most impact in our area. As a newer parent to two beautiful little girls, the outreach of this organization to the children in our area, is one thing that really influenced her to be a part of Anchored. In these challenging times, she looks forward to seeing how Anchored continues to grow and support our community.
Kurt Werner
Kurt is a leader with over 2 decades of leadership experience in the technology field. He has a Bachelor’s degree in communications from Southern New Hampshire University and serves as the Communications Director for MCC Church in Elverson. Kurt had been aware of Anchored Ministries in the community and when they moved into the Elverson building he was able to see firsthand the heart behind the mission. Kurt has continually served in Christian Camping Ministry at Pocono Plateau alongside his wife Melissa for more than 20 years. Together they have three daughters and have had the pleasure of seeing all of them accept Jesus as their savior and serve with them in various ministries. Kurt accepted Jesus as his savior when he was 21 years old and has grown closer to Him ever since. As a board member for Anchored Ministries, Kurt is looking forward to helping move Anchored Ministries forward into what God has planned.
