Prom night is a milestone event in a student’s life, but for many, the cost of formalwear and accessories can be a barrier to attending. That’s where our Prom Boutique comes in! Anchored Ministries is dedicated to ensuring that every student, regardless of financial circumstances, has the opportunity to enjoy this special night with confidence and joy.
What is the Prom Boutique?
The Prom Boutique is a free event at Twin Valley High School, where students can select formalwear, accessories, and even have the chance to win special gifts—completely free of charge. Last year, thanks to the generosity of our community, we were able to provide 86 students with everything they needed to shine on prom night. This event is about more than just dresses and tuxes—it’s about uplifting students, showing them Christ’s love, and reminding them that they are valued and supported.
How You Can Help:
Our community plays a vital role in making this event a success! Here are a few ways you can get involved:
✨ Donate Formalwear, Accessories & Jewelry – While we have an amazing selection of dresses and tuxedos, accessories help complete the look! We are collecting jewelry, evening bags, and other formalwear accessories to help students feel their best.
🎁 Sponsor a Gift Basket – Give students a little something extra to make their night even more special! Businesses and individuals can sponsor themed gift baskets (such as beauty sets, self-care items, or restaurant gift cards) to be raffled off at the event.
🤝 Volunteer on March 6th – We need volunteers in the afternoon and evening to help set up and create a welcoming, uplifting environment for students. Whether you help with organizing attire or offering encouragement, your presence will make a difference!
